About Rose + Lane
Hi, my name is Donna Johnson. I am from Australia and have lived in the Nashville TN area for 19 years. My husband is Derek and we have 2 girls, Adelaide Rose (11) and London Rose (7)
My background of 19 years was training Realtors on the Market and use of software. Teaching Realtors daily was so much fun and i got to window shop for homes. It became a small addiction where my husband and i started buying the homes nobody wanted, put a lot of love and “lipstick”, then moved on to the next house. My husband would cringe when i would say “it just needs some love, paint and curtains”! (not true) I love to refresh rental properties on a budget with items you can’t find in big chain stores. My American Dream has brought me a passion i had no idea i desired.
I have been managing our own rental properties for 13 years. Our current portfolio includes, Short Term Rentals, Mid term Rentals and Long Term Rentals. My passion for Real estate soon became my passion for property management, refreshing spaces and a love for what makes a home smell like home- Candles.
Rose and Lane was born out of friendship. “Rose” is a special family name and “Lane” celebrates friendship, my longest friend and encourager.
