Dough Bowl Candles

  • My new favorite wood bowl candle. The bowls are handmade by some talented and delightful souls right here in Ohio.

  • I love George Dickle Bottles. They are a staple here in Tennessee

  • Customs for a client.

  • Rose and Lane Candle Co also offers recycled liquor bottle candles.

  • This was a birthday present for my sweet friend Karre.

  • My personal favorite. The only thing that is better than this as a candle is when it is made into pendant lights.

  • Dough bowls are our specialty. As they say, our bread and butter. We only use high quality soy wax made from American grown soybeans.

    Our fragrances are phthalate-free and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.

Hi, my name is Donna Johnson. I am from Australia and have lived in the Nashville TN area for 19 years. My husband is Derek and we have 2 girls, Adelaide Rose (11) and London Rose (7) 

My background of 19 years was training Realtors on the Market and use of software. Teaching Realtors daily was so much fun and I got to window shop for homes. It became a small addiction where my husband and i started buying the homes nobody wanted, put a lot of love and some updates to the space, then moved on to the next house. My husband would cringe when i would say “it just needs some love, paint and curtains”! (I may have not been honest about that, Derek) I love to freshen rental properties on a budget with items you can’t find in big chain stores.

I have been managing our own rental properties for 13 years. Our current portfolio includes: Short Term Rentals, Mid term Rentals and Long Term Rentals. What makes us different is we believe to be successful with rental properties you must take care of not only the owner, but, the renter also.

My passion for Real estate soon became my passion for property management, freshening spaces and a love for what makes a home smell like home- Candles.

If I could give Donna's place more stars, I would. This condo is SO perfect. It is decorated so beautifully, it's cozy, and it's so clean. I NEVER walk around in a hotel room/Air BnB with only my socks on, because I'm a bit of a germaphobe. But Donna's place was so clean, I could actually do that. It has all kinds of extra touches, and is very well-appointed. And the best part is how responsive Donna @ Rose and Lane Co is! She sent us so many tips about places to go, things to do, restaurants, etc before we even got there. Any questions I had were quickly answered.
